Rockford Public School Superintendent Ehren Jarrett shared the story behind the new Constance Lane Elementary School at his annual Education Outlook Luncheon with the Rockford Chamber of Commerce. The investment in the new school happened with help from the City of Rockford, United Way, Fordham Forward, Winnebago County as a public and private partnership.
